Set to open this week-end is the big screen adaptation of SUE MONK KIDD’S best-selling novel, THE SECRET LIFE OF BEES starring QUEEN LATIFAH, JENNIFER HUDSON and DAKOTA FANNING.

We had a chance to talk with QUEEN LATIFAH at the Toronto Film Fest about the movie and she talked at length about what this role meant to her.
